About the Role

We are currently looking for a  Seasonal Production Workers for our upcoming  Navel Season These positions are for the duration of the season, dependant on fruit quality and volumes.  , to assist all  product is processed, packed and dispatched in a safe and timely manner. Focusing on ultimate customer satisfaction by ensuring quality fruit to all customers domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Sorting – examining citrus fruits at the beginning of the processing line, identifying and removing fruits with obvious defects, damage, or substandard quality.
• Technical Sorting – Conduct a detailed and technical sorting process towards the end of the processing line.  Identify and remove fruits with specific marks, discoloration or other imperfections.
• Packing of quality fruit into designated option, trays, bins or cartons, still checking the quality of the fruit.
• Preparation of cardboard cartons and bins
• Moving bins to designated areas.
• Cleaning & Maintenance – keeping work areas clean and organized.  Report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly to supervisor.

• Capacity to adapt to different job roles and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to follow policies, procedures and all WH&S requirements.
• Physically fit and able to stand, move and lift objects easily, with mental stamina & ability to perform repetitive tasks.
