Job Description

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Administrator to join our Grower Services team who will play a crucial part in the team’s success.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure dockets are checked and processed in a timely manner
  • Accurate information for growers is completed for approval and dispatch
  • Process payments and send growers the remittances
  • Prepare and process daily packing instructions that will be checked before actioning
  • Process dockets for all applicable fruit received and process payments when required
  • Assist with crop forecasting, monitoring and recording as well as processing monthly grower payments.
  • Support pest monitoring duties for the China export program.
  • Assist growers with enquiries and grower reports relating to Grower Services
  • Process documentation and assist with registration for the Korea, China and Thailand program.
  • Accurate and efficient administration and updating of the grower database
  • Perform key business administration tasks related to grower services

 

Skills and Experience

  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Genuine commitment to providing high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders and to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid customer focus with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent data entry skills and be competent in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards working in a diverse team
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on results, willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities over time
  • The ability to work with repetitive tasks and the adaptability to change focus when required
  • A willingness to accept and act on constructive feedback so you can be the best you can be in your role
